Cranes are manufactured at Satara works. Besides the above, we also manufacture other material handling equipment, to meet client's specific requirement. Lifting capacities of Cranes range from 250 kg. to 50,000 kg. Cranes are designed as per
IS 3177 and IS 807.

Cranes are manufactured using
the best quality steel and fabricated
by qualified welders. Our stringent quality control ensures various tests
like radiography of butt welds, ultrasound tests, die penetrant tests
and magnetic particle test. Besides these, we also test our cranes for
25 % overload with calibrated loads.

Cranes are also tested for deflection, speeds, currents and all other relevant tests as per IS.
