heat treatment, foundry and other industries.

APPLICATION

Ideally suited for loading work pieces on the machines in Automotive, forging, Heat Treatment, Foundry and related industries.
Any material handling requiring loading / unloading can be achieved by mounting SWIFTY hoist over : Jib cranes & loaded EOT cranes
Or Underslung cranes. Fixed on structure.
Over monorails straight & curved.

High quality grade 80 alloy steel calibrated load chain.
 
Mechanical overload Safety through adjustable wear resistant slip clutch, in model RG1.
Light weight and easy to handle.
Electromagnetic fail - safe D.C. Brake 24- V.D.C.
Adjustable upper & lower limit switch.
Micro speed achieved by pole changing motor.
  Chain Collector provided.
Gears & pinions of precision cut medium carbon steels, heat treated and mounted on antifriction ball bearing lubricated by grease.
